How soon will I receive my order? top

Orders are usually shipped the same day they are ordered unless it occurs during the weekend. Please allow 1-3 days for shipment.

Custom order shipment is arranged at the time the order is set up and purchased.

Do you refund orders? top

My policy is not to refund orders unless the product comes with a mistake make in production.

Custom orders are not refunded because they are made especially for one person.

Do you accept orders outside of the United States of America? top

We only accept orders from the US and Canada.

How can I set up a custom order? top

Email me with your product idea and or the fabric genre you are looking for. At this time I make products from my established bags on this site but I would love to help you find the perfect fabric for your bag. Strap lengths can also be adjusted just for you.

After we set up the details of how to make it and when I can send it out then you will purchase it before I order fabric or start working on it.

Expect a turn around time of 2-3 weeks depending on my calendar of craft shows and how many orders are all ready set up to make.

Remember that your product is nonrefundable unless I have made an error in the sewing. I will send a photo of the finished product to you before I ship it out.
